My real satisfaction comes from playing a role in business owners achieving improved work-life balance, especially reducing stress, and being able to see them celebrate achieving the goals they have set, both business and personal. There is even greater satisfaction when a business owner with my support has been able to achieve a positive exit strategy (when they are ready to do so), and especially when the final outcomes exceed expectations.
