If we decide after our initial consultation we want to work together, the next step
is for me to prepare you a fixed fee proposal which clearly outlines how we will work together, what will be done in what timeframes, fees and payments terms – no nasty invoice surprises. You then decide if what I offer (in the proposal) is for you, and if so we get started on our journey together as quickly as possible.
Direction
Planning Workshop 1
focuses on your personal & business goal setting – follows a structured process to set goals and have clearly documented.
This process will ensure your goals have been thoroughly thought through and that you have real clarity around what they mean to you, and will include a “reality check” review.
Planning Workshop 2
reflects on your goals set, and then focuses on considering the journey from “where you are at now” to “where you want to be” based on the goals. As part of the workshops will consider key business drivers, overall people organisational structure including owner roles, succession planning, risk/opportunities, and more.
Ongoing telephone and e-mail support
is provided through this process, so you have support as/when needed as you will be thinking more about the goals and issues from the workshops.
Setting Goals and Finding Your Direction:
Together, we’ll establish clear, achievable personal and business goals, to figure out where you want your business to go.
We will then consider strategies and options that look at where you are at now vs where you want to get to. We’ll map out an action plan that’s clear, achievable, and exciting – a roadmap to achieving your goals.
We will look closely at key business areas, including:-

- Sales & Marketing
- People
- Finances
- Processes & Systems
to assess where positive changes can and should be made to work towards achieving your goals.

We provide ongoing support via mentoring and accountability, with regular progress reviews, to ensure

Develop practical action plans
From the 2 planning workshops (as outlined under “Direction”) a detailed but practical-action plan will be developed from your personal and business goals set, and also strategies considered to support achieving these goals. The action plan will be a summary of what tasks have been agreed to implement, who will be responsible for actioning, and setting target dates for completion.
Regular review-accountability check-ins
Once the action plan has been finalised & tasks completion underway, a key part of our support is with regular (ie: monthly, bi-monthly etc) review-accountability check ins. These sessions will involve an update on progress from the action plan tasks and how well you are progressing towards your set goals, whilst assisting you to work through any roadblocks or any new issues that may have arisen on your journey.
Ongoing support
Ongoing telephone and e-mail support is provided. Our approach goes beyond advising; we walk with you through implementation, so you have “hands-on” support as required so not feeling like you are on your own to make it all happen. This support can be seen as a “sounding board” that will help you generate many more perspectives than you could on your own. This means you have support as/when needed.
